West Pasco Water Treatment Plant Improvements: Phase 1

The work to be performed includes: installation of membrane treatment units and ancillary equipment to expand treatment plant capacity from 6 MGD to 12 MGD, installation of a new process residuals system involving a clarifier and new residuals pump station building, SCADA system upgrades, and other plant improvements.

Project Estimate: $7.8mil – $8.4mil

The City of Pasco has scheduled two non-mandatory pre-bid walkthroughs on November 22, 2021, starting at 11:00 AM and December 6, 2021, starting at 11:00 AM at the project site, 11315 West Court Street, Pasco, WA 99301.

Bids shall be submitted electronically via City of Pasco’s Plan Room and shall be accepted up to the hour as indicated above. The Contractor will not be charged a fee to submit a bid. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, in the council at the time listed above. Additionally, the City will hold the Bid Opening via Microsoft Teams:
